Have You Pre-Ordered Aliens: Another Glorious Day In The Corps Yet?

Pre-order opportunities for the core box set of Aliens: Another Glorious Day In The Corps are now popping up at online vendors all around the Interwebz.

However, publisher Gale Force Nine is offering customers a special deal if they purchase the game and its two upcoming supplements direct from them as a bundle.

As well as the three box sets (and free shipping), you will get some bonus terrain miniatures (facehuggers, eggs, crates, computer terminals, and sentry guns).

We've also got a look at the new miniatures coming in the two expansion packs:

Unpaid Interns Meet Cosmic Horror In New Magazine RPG On Kickstarter

Rebellion, publishers of 2000AD, is launching a new line of self-contained, standalone, RPGs in magazine form.

The first is Tartarus Gate, an adventure of everyman characters meeting cosmic horror in deep space (sound familiar?), and is currently seeking funding via Kickstarter.

The campaign has a low financial investment threshold and only requires d6s to play.

You can check out the backer levels and get an overview of the rules on the project's Kickstarter page.

It has already hit its initial funding target and will run until July 14.

Aliens and Predators Move To Marvel

Forget the Brood, because the O.G. xenomorphs from Alien are coming to Marvel Comics next year, along with the Predator.

If you've been wondering what Disney is going to do with the Alien and Predator properties since acquiring Fox, then this looks like a first step.

Starting in 2021, Marvel will be publishing new stories set in the franchises of Alien, Predator, and Alien vs Predator, which will "feature new and classic characters from Earth and beyond to explore never-before-seen corners of both the Alien and Predator universes".

So, that's another I.P. - like Conan - that Marvel has snatched from under the nose of Dark Horse.

Will this mean, as Marvel has done with Conan, that the Xenomorph XX121 and the Yautja will be crossing over into the Marvel Universe?

I'd pay to see that!
